John R. Sherman SRA, MAI
John R. Sherman is a Real Estate Appraiser and Consultant with extensive expertise in estimating damages through the use of before and after appraisals. He strives to develop opinions of value that are well supported by sound appraisal theory and techniques, as well as legal statute and legal precedent. He holds the SRA and MAI designations from the Appraisal Institute and a Wyoming Certified Real Estate General Appraisal Certification. John served as Chairman of the Wyoming Certified Real Estate Appraisal Board from 2013 to 2016 and was the Right of Way administrator for WYDOT for over ten years.
Britney Reddy
Britney has approximately 20 years of experience serving in many different executive roles at Wyoming community banks: including Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief, and Chief Financial Officer. Her expertise in banking is in operations, financials, and compliance. In 2018, Britney was excited to join JRS appraisals, where she could expand her financial knowledge by working as an appraiser. She has a strong understanding of the Wyoming market, compliance, and financial and property analysis. She holds an M.S., a B.S., and a B.A. from the University of Wyoming.
Stu Pierson
Since receiving his first 35mm camera in Jr. High School, Stu Pierson has worked on mastering the art of capturing images with impact. From shooting still images of sporting and other events for his high school year book, to the sidelines of the Denver Broncos, Stu has moved to primarily shooting, producing and directing video, but continues to enjoy still photography. Stu’s love of Wyoming and the west has kept him rooted in Cheyenne when he isn't traveling the country producing video at rodeos for the Wrangler Network, and for in house replays at rodeos from Vancouver, BC to Sheridan, Wyoming and San Antonio, Texas.
